Gluten free start
You need to change your diet… Those words still resound in me from earlier this year. Therefore I have been off gluten for 6 months now. It has really made a difference in my life. Just last year life was very serious. Since I was on my literal deathbed. Due to a leaking intestine into my system. Did it all start from wheat? Dairy allergy? Antibiotic poisoning? Consequently, We will never know. Some people will mention that diets can be “just a fad”. I disagree, it seems there are an increasing number of people that need to do it.

Meat, fish, eggs, legumes, nuts, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, rice, maize are all appropriate. Furthermore, a healthy alternative to these products are pseudocereals (such as quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat) and other minor cereals, which have high biological and nutritional value.”
