The Shrunks Toddler Travel Bed is Perfect for Families on the go

My husband and I have always loved to travel. Now that we have a daughter we enjoy having her with us during our adventures. When it came to sleeping arrangements it was simple. Because my daughter was co-sleeping she could just sleep in bed with us, just like at home. That is until she transitioned to her big girl bed.In November of 2016 I ended up needing to wean my daughter off of breastfeeding because of health reasons. Cutting out day feedings went pretty smooth, but the nighttime feeds were a real struggle. Co-sleeping was no longer an option.

I knew that if we went back to co-sleeping after only being in her own bed a few weeks it would be too confusing for her. At first I thought we could just use blankets on the floor to make a bed but both of the locations we were staying in had hard floors. I wanted to make sure she would be comfortable. I also needed something that could fold up smaller for flying.

Thankfully, I found the The Shrunks Travel Bed. Now it will be a must have on all of our adventures, and here is why.

My daughter is a crazy sleeper. And by crazy I mean she moves around a lot in her sleep. I was worried that if we got something too high off the ground she would fall out and hurt herself. This mattress has inflatable rails on the sides. Genius right! This bed is perfect for travel!

Every thing fits nice and neat into a drawstring bag. We used our favorite flying travel hack so that the mattress would not add weight to our bags. We stayed in two separate locations during our trip, this mattress was so easy to pack up from one location and set up in the next. My daughter loved having a special place to sleep. She was excited to have her very own big girl bed.
